Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note:
– Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
– If we experience high order volume or unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We offer the following options:

  • Standard
  • Tracked
  • Insured

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 2–5 business days
  • EU Countries: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to postal service delays or customs processing.

⚠️ ZenCarder is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are insured up to $500 by default.
If your order exceeds $500, we strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance at checkout.
ZenCarder is not responsible for losses exceeding $500 if additional coverage was not selected.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note: Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at support@zencarder.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item(s).
  • We will assist with the claim process for insured packages.
  • For uninsured or underinsured packages, compensation may not be possible.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • ZenCarder is not liable for customs delays or additional costs incurred in your country.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
ZenCarder is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
Any additional shipping fees due to address corrections are the buyer’s responsibility.
