What kind of cards can I sell to ZenCarder?

We currently accept graded single Pokémon cards only.

Cards must be graded by a recognized company such as PSA, BGS, CGC, or SGC.

Can I sell ungraded cards or booster packs?

No, we only accept professionally graded single cards for our buyback program as for now.

Ungraded cards or sealed products cannot be submitted through this form.

Do I need to be a professional seller or a business to submit a card?

Not at all.

We buy from both collectors and private individuals.

However, we may ask for personal information to comply with laws.

How do I submit a card for sale?

Simply fill out the submission form on this page, including card details (year, set, name, grade, and certificate number), and we’ll get back to you after review.

How long does it take to hear back after submitting my card?

You’ll typically receive a response from our team within 24 hours, however sometimes it may takes up to 48 hours depending on the volume of submissions.

How is the price determined?

You can propose a price based on your expectations.

Our team will assess the current market value and make a fair counter-offer if needed.

What happens after my card is accepted?

If your offer is accepted, we’ll provide shipping instructions.

Once we receive and verify the card, payment will be processed promptly.

Who covers the shipping cost?

In most cases, the seller pays for shipping. We may cover shipping for high-value cards - this will be confirmed during the negotiation process.

What if my card arrives damaged or the case is cracked?

We only accept graded cards with intact, sealed cases.

If the card you send have any damage, it may result in the offer being canceled or adjusted.

Can I cancel my submission after sending the form?

Yes, you can cancel your request before shipping the card any time.

Once the card has been shipped, received and paid out, cancellations are no longer possible.
