Return Policy

At ZenCarder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original packaging intact, and you must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be authorized by our team first.
Once approved, we will provide step-by-step return instructions.
Please note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@zencarder.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items are excluded from our return policy for safety, authenticity, or quality reasons. These include:

  • Opened booster packs or boxes or any sealed trading card products that have been unsealed.
  • Graded Singles cards (e.g., PSA, BGS, CGC) if the protective case is damaged, opened, or tampered with.
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom-labeled or made-to-order products).
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items marked as final sale.

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out before initiating a return.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the quickest way is to return your original item (once approved), and place a new order separately for the one you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@zencarder.com.

Return Address

All authorized returns must be sent to the address shared with you via email.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
